Shipment
Shipment is made by first class courier (UPS or Federal Express. All deliveries must be signed for by customer with official identification.

VAT
21% Value added tax (VAT) is included to orders placed on Web site. You will see the amoount included in price displayed next to the product. if shipment is to non EU countries, VAT will be subtracted from total amount.

Insurance
Our shipments are fully insured.

Certificates/Documents
When you order a loose diamond or custom-built jewellery, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories - making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.

If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.

Cancellation and Return Policy
International Diamond Group offers customers a 30 day cancellation and return policy starting from the day the order is received by customer. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, send an email to us with order id number and description and we will guide you through the cancellation and return process.
International Diamond Group will subtract 70 euro for shipping and processing from the reimbursement amount. 

Deposits and Custom Design
Deposit of 35% will be charged when you place a special order for a customized product.  This deposit will not be reimbursed if order is cancelled or returned.  

Purchase Approval
All purchases are subject to the final approval of International Diamond Group SA.
